Exchange Policy

Introduction

At Reviews Booster Card, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a product, and we aim to make this process as straightforward and hassle-free as possible.

Eligibility for Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased from Reviews Booster Card (https://reviewsboostercard.com/).
  • The exchange request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The product is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Personal care items like cosmetics, underwear, and swimsuits (for hygiene reasons)
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@reviewsboostercard.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Approval: Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive an email with further instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in the approval email. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item.

Processing Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
  • If approved, your exchange will be processed, and the new item will be shipped to you within a certain number of days, depending on your location.

Exchange Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@reviewsboostercard.com with details of the product and the defect. We will provide instructions on how to return the product, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
